Intranet Login Trouble Shooting
The password prompt requires:
| Username | - | this is the first part of your university email account name (Please note that this should be your email account name not the email alias) |
| Password | - | this is the password for checking your university emails |
Examples:
The variety of departmental network setups means there are two possible types of login. An example of each is provided below. You may need to try both to log in successfully.
Example 1
username - umimelb\Your Username
password - ********
Example 2
username - Your Username@unimelb.edu.au
password - ********
